What is ERP?
ERP stands for enterprise resource planning — one system covering accounting, inventory, manufacturing, HR, CRM and more, instead of a separate tool for each. The platform we implement is open source, so there are no per-user licence fees for the software itself.
Which ERP modules do we actually need?
That depends on how your business runs. Most implementations begin with accounts and inventory, then add the modules that remove the most manual work. We establish this during discovery rather than selling a fixed bundle.
Can ERP be customised for our processes?
Yes. The platform supports custom fields, custom forms, workflows, print formats and scripted automation, so the system can follow your process rather than forcing you to change it.
Can our existing data be migrated?
Existing masters and balances — customers, suppliers, items, opening stock and opening accounts — are normally migrated during implementation. The scope is confirmed once we have seen the current data.
Can ERP connect to the other systems we use?
The platform exposes a REST API and supports webhooks, which is how integrations with e-commerce platforms, payment gateways and third-party tools are usually built.
Do you provide support after go-live?
Yes. Support and maintenance continues after go-live, covering updates, issue resolution and further configuration as the business changes.
